Judge Raine said he was advised when he signed the order that the auditors had recommended action to Mr.
Gosnell. The the judge said he was told that there was $1,650 in the account at the Cockeysville branch of the Maryland National Bank. Mum On Account Mr. Glos said that he was not permitted by order of the auditors to disclose when the account was opened at the Cockeysville bank, nor how much was deposited at the time it was open. Two State officials have been summoned by State's Attorney Frank H.
Newell 3d, to appear before the county grand jury Monday. They have been directed by subpoena to bring all records of Circuit Court clerk's office for 1964 and 1965. It has been unofficially reported that a shortage of between 000 and $65,000 exists in the accounts of the clerk's office. Finally police found the address of Graham's estranged wife, Phyllis, who now lives with relatives in the 2500 block of road. Wife Pleads With Him She came to the scene shortly after midnight and aided in the pleas to her husband not to end his life. One witness said that throughout the long vigil Mr. Graham seemed to teeter and then regain himself on the tower platform. At 1.45 A.M., Graham agreed to climb down.
At no time had police or other rescue workers attempted to reach him on the tower. Taken to Northern police district station, Mr. Graham told police he was despondent over family problems. Had Phoned Sister He said that earlier in the evening he had called his sister, Miss Bobbie Graham, in Roanoke and told her he planned suicide. Police charged him with disorderly conduct and held him for a psychiatric examination.
A relative of Mrs. Graham said the couple has one small child who was not taken to the scene. Mr. Graham is a veteran of service in the Air Force and has worked as a laborer. Mrs.

James Long, 39, of the 200 block Emory street, was called on to pay $782 for a numbers racket violin lation July 16 when raiders found $23 in lottery play in a raid in the 600 block South Fremont avenue. Eddie Franklin, 41, was called on to pay $786 after being found with $36 in numbers play in a raid July 21 at his home in the 1400 block East Preston street. Repairs Licenses Revoked For 3 tracts on two Bel Air homes, the cost of which was in excess of estimated value of the repairs. The cargo owners said the lumber, if held for unusual lengths of time in an unventilated ship's hold, is subject to fungus, dry rot and pile burn due to its moisture content and the lack of drying air circulation.
No Dispute With Them The cargo owners said the National Marine Engineers Beneficial Association, the International Organization of Masters, Mates and Pilots and the American Radio Association, all AFL CIO affiliates, picketing Moore McCormack Lines, have no labor dispute with them or with States Marine Lines, charterer of the S.S. Robin Hood from Moore-McCormack. Longshoremen will not cross picket lines to unload the cargo, the court was told. Temporary cessation of picketing was requested to permit the discharge of the lumber cargo. The lumber owners contend that the labor dispute would not be interfered with, since the halt of picketing would not permit loading and movement of the vessel.
